The Information We Collect

Through Leave Management System you can manage employees, leave and track the working hours of your employees. We collect your name and email id at the time of registration. Registration is required in order to use Leave Management System. After the registration, if you feel you do not want to use the application and don’t want to receive any emails from us simply send us a note at support@coralite.co.za. Once you start using the application you may choose to email your lists or back up the entire database. In that instance we receive this information on our server and keep it there temporarily for back-up purposes of a short period of time. The future versions of Leave Management System will allow you to back-up all your data on our server under your secure login and export it in excel format, and sync across multiple devices. One of the reasons for collecting email IDs is to notify our users when new versions are released, so, you can benefit most from the product.

How We Use the Information ?

We may use the information you provide about yourself to fulfil your requests for our products, programs, or services; to respond to your enquiries about offerings; and to offer you other products, programs, or services that we believe may be of interest to you. If you choose to submit feedback/support (e.g., comments on the Leave Management System and service), we may publish your name and other information you have provided to us. We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our application and to enable us to personalize your app experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze program usage, as well as to offer you products, programs, or services.
